Absolute at top 0 / right 0, full width, 16px padding, z-index 9, a Stack gap={16} — and the store's list is reversed before rendering, so the newest toast sits at the top of the stack. Each toast is an ActionBox, so the whole row is the button and actionText is a label on that one action rather than a second control; it is underlined with an 8px left pad and flex-shrink: 1 while the message takes flex-grow: 1. The box is min-height 40px, 7px radius, 8px padding, 8px gap, no border, and a one-off 0px 2px 8px #3333334d shadow — one of the four untokenized chrome shadows. Three types, flat fills: --green-1, --red-1, --blue-1. Entry is translateY(-100%) → 0 over 0.2s ease-out forwards; the dismissed state collapses height, padding and min-height to 0 so the toasts below slide up, which is why the transition lists height alongside opacity and transform.
Toast sets color: var(--white) on fills that hold across themes, so it is another instance of the inversion recorded in the readme: in dark mode the message renders #1e1e1e on green-1, red-1 or blue-1. Mirrored as written; upstream fix is a literal #ffffff.
The layer is position: fixed; inset: 0; pointer-events: none and each overlay re-enables pointer events, so an empty stack never blocks the dealer's page. Panels render in order and only the top one dismisses on backdrop click or Escape — and the widget tracks pointer-down position, so a drag that starts inside the panel and ends outside does not close it. The scrim is rgba(51,51,51,0.8), far heavier than anything else in the system, padded 48px 24px 24px to clear the close button. Height is declared twice (100vh then 100dvh) with a source comment: it locks the cross-axis size so the panel's percentage max-height resolves predictably. The panel is --white at var(--border-radius) with the ambient --box-shadow, 24px padding, max-width min(720px, 100%), max-height calc(100dvh − 72px), scrolling vertically. Its close button is --black — not the tray header's gray-2. Entry and exit are the scale preset.
