A Website Session is a neutral (uncolored) bubble with a content body — the same shape as the .sb-diff edit expansion, not a channel-colored comm. The actor is the customer, so it renders incoming (↙, indicator on the left). The stamp carries no ellipsis: the session template supplies no context-menu items, which deliberately breaks rhythm with its neighbours in the feed. Expanded, the header drops the duration cluster and shows Hide; each step is an outlined 24px circle glyph + title / kicker + the elapsed column.
2 · Collapsed ("Show") — the default

Collapsed is the default: header band only — no content, no divider. The total session duration sits right-aligned, then a hairline, then Show. 3 · Active session (collapsed)

While the customer is still on the site, a red live dot precedes the duration. In the app the dot pulses and the timer ticks every second; it is static here.

Inactive
Conversion steps (green bullseye) read Completed instead of a time. The gray fold row stands in for events the server collapsed. Inactive (gray snooze, no trailing value) is the end row of a session that went quiet instead of closing.

Engineer reference. Elapsed time is cumulative from session start, not a per-step delta — which is why the last two rows of a session can read the same value; hours are unpadded and mm:ss zero-padded. Conversion rows show Completed in place of a time. Sessions with more than six events are folded server-side into first-3 + "+N More Steps" + last-3. The card and its whole header are tappable and open the full Website Session Log page. Long titles wrap (the app sets no maxLines) rather than truncating — the VIN-length URL above is the worst case.
