Send the customer a text message with three vehicle suggestions based on their budget constraints and preferences.

PRESCRIPTIVE — the customer Activity section adopts the Inbox pattern (Taylor QA ruling). The existing customer-profile header stays exactly as shipped — drawn here as a 1:1 instance of the Customer Profile header organism; everything above the filter strip is unchanged. Below it: the Inbox two-pane — activity feed left with the canonical composer docked at the bottom, the Customer Details summary panel (the locked comp-inbox-details card stack) open on the right by default. "View Customer" from the Inbox lands on this screen. The header is a 1:1 instance of the Customer Profile header organism (comp-customer-profile.html) — name at heading6 (20px, the app's size) with the link glyph, contact line, status chip + assignee + comm buttons, and the profile tabs with Activity on. Details is a blue text button (the same treatment as the panel's View Customer link) at the right end of the filter strip; it toggles the right panel, and the panel's X closes it the same way. The filter strip (All / Messages / Notes / Updates / Media on .sb-tabbar--secondary) is pinned as a flex-none band above the scrolling feed — the strip never hides on scroll; the fade-out treatment is retired. The DAISI mode pill lives in the composer header (.cp-ai), exactly where the Inbox composer carries it — the strip holds filters only (supersedes the earlier strip placement). Optimistic drop (PRESCRIPTIVE engineering contract). Pressing Action DAISI inserts the note into the feed IMMEDIATELY, before the backend confirms: the item renders at reduced opacity (.sb-activity.is-pending) with a thin shimmer progress bar inside the bubble, then settles to the normal item on confirm. A send refreshes the feed, the conversation preview, and the summary together — and never loses the user's scroll position. Comm-button reduction (PRESCRIPTIVE — Taylor ruling, 09-02). With the composer docked under the activity feed, the header's call / text / email icon trio collapses to one paper-plane icon button: it jumps to the Activity tab with the composer focused on the Text channel. The Showroom check-in control and the … overflow stay unchanged; everything else in the header stays as instanced. The canonical Customer Profile header organism (comp-customer-profile.html) still shows the trio — it mirrors the shipped app and stays canonical until Flutter ships this reduction.
